Terms and conditions

  1. This is a free prize draw from Hartley Dental no purchase is necessary
  2. Entrants must be over 18
  3. We will contact the winner by phone.
  4. We reserve the right to publish the name of the winner on the website for transparency’s sake, a condition of accepting the offer.
  5. The winner needs to make an appointment for the tray fitting within 90 days of being notified
  6. The winner needs to be able to travel easily to our Dental Surgery in Plymouth. Just off A38
  7. If we can’t trace the winner, we’ll draw again
