I no longer feel this way due to all the staff making me feel welcome and relaxed. From reception, to the dental nurses, the hygienist and the actual dentist. Joining Hartley Dental is simple! Our step-by-step process
ensures we understand your needs and can create a comprehensive plan to help you achieve your perfect smile.

1. Virtual Consultation (Complimentary)

Let us know your goals and upload some photos of your teeth to receive your initial assessment and an invite to a consultation with Dr Poyner or Dr Patel.

2. Video or Phone Consultation (£25)

Choose a 15-minute video or telephone consultation to connect with Dr. Poyner or Dr. Patel. This is your chance to ask questions, put a face to a name, and build rapport. They’ll review your virtual consultation findings and guide you on the next steps.

3. Your Face-to-Face Consultation (£150)

The final step is a 45-minute in-practice consultation. After this appointment, you’ll receive a personalised diagnostic document and detailed treatment plan with pricing.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Prevention is better than cure, which is why we actively encourage our patients to become members of the practice by joining one of our monthly membership plans.

We know that the key to healthy teeth and gums can be achieved by regular appointments with your dentist and hygienist. This approach drastically reduces the risk of dental diseases and provides a platform for a lifetime of improved oral health.

With this in mind we have partnered with DPAS to design dental plans to reward loyal patients.

The plans also give access to a worldwide supplementary fund designed to help cover the cost of those dental emergencies or dental injuries whilst at home or abroad, 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. We have different options available so you can find the plan to suit your needs.
