Wednesday 10th March 2010 is National No Smoking Day.At Hartley Dental we will have information during this week for anyone who is interested in quitting smoking. They will gladly give you information on courses that they hold or access through your GP.Smoking is a risk factor for gum disease and because of this we always advise that quitting smoking is essential in achieving a healthy mouth.
