FAQs

We know coming to the dentist or embarking on a new course of treatment can, more often than not, leave you with more questions than answers.

That’s why we’ve put together some of our most frequently asked questions for you but don’t worry, if you still have a question, simply call us on 01752 661361 and one of our team will be happy to help.

Is it going to hurt?

With the advances in dental techniques it is virtually painless to go to the dentist now. The greatest amount of care and time is taken to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

What does it cost?

Our website gives a comprehensive list of fees for all treatments. All new patients should be informed about the cost of their first appointment for which we will ask for a deposit.

Following a consultation, a treatment plan and estimate will be issued. If patients wish to join a membership plan then a new estimate will be provided with the discounts applied.

How soon can I be seen?

We attempt to make appointments available each day for emergencies. For routine treatment we can usually accommodate patients within a week or two of the initial contact. Multiple treatments can be booked ahead of time if a specific time is required.

Are there additional costs?

After every appointment if further treatment is needed, a treatment plan will be given to you detailing any further costs. If at any time you are unsure, please speak with any of the team who will be able to help.

What about refunds?

We may offer a guarantee on your dental treatment, however if you are not entirely satisfied with the treatment you receive, you can inform the practice. A refund will only be made once an investigation has taken place and an agreement is made by both parties.

Can I change plans or cancel?

After your initial appointment the dentist will advise which plan is suitable for you to maintain a healthy mouth. If you wish to change plans or cancel you can do so by speaking with the practice.

Is there car parking available?

YES! There is plenty of on road parking around the Practice and we have a designated disabled parking bay right outside our back gate.
